30lbs DOWN!
Weighed in today! Lost 2.2lbs. Total loss of 30lbs! I’m so proud of me! I didn’t even workout this week. My excuse: It’s cold outside! I know it’s lame but I’m gonna do better this week. Gonna do some indoor cardio. I’m so glad I met my goal before my birthday!! Gonna be a wonderful year!! Now… time for a nap.
